M1 - The Crab Nebula
Narrowband

The Crab Nebula is a remnant of a supernova that occurred in 1054, and is
also the first item listed in Messier's famous catalog. It lies about 6500
light years distant in the constellation of Taurus. This is a false colour
image with SII=red, H-alpha=green, OIII=blue, and has been upsampled by
200%.
